Yeah, because condoms are one hundred percent effective. Even if they are 99% effective, which they are not, that means an average couple would still get knocked up at least once every couple of years. Unless, of course, your lady doesn't put out. In my experience, I've found that they break roughly 5-10% of the time.

It's already begun. About three million illegal immigrants have gone back to Mexico in the last year alone. I suspect millions more will flee to Mexico or Canada when the currency collapses. |
